Bishop Allen B. Coleman
The Reverend Dr. Allen B. Coleman is a native of Jacksonville, FL and has enjoyed over three decades in public ministry.
He is a graduate of the Living Word Bible Training Center, a satellite campus of Rhema Bible Training Center of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bishop completed his undergraduate studies at the Jacksonville Theological Seminary and his post-graduate studies at the prestigious Friends International Christian University of Los Angeles, California, where he now serves as an Adjunct Professor.
Bishop Coleman is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Voice of Joy Word Ministries, International - a Full Gospel, Interdenominational Christian Fellowship. In 1999, he was consecrated into the sacred office of Bishop and appointed as the Presiding Prelate and General Overseer of the International Fellowship of Covenant Churches and Ministries, a fraternal Covering Network whose vision is to strengthen leaders by mentorship and impartation. To date, the "Network" has garnered global representation and continues to grow.
As a “cutting edge” speaker, the unique, yet straightforward approach of the Bishop has made him a favored guest at churches, conferences, and convocations worldwide. With anointed precision, Bishop has taken this approach to the printed page as well. As the author of several publications, Bishop Coleman has captured the hearts of many through the depth of his scholarly intellect tempered by an overpowering father’s heart. The result is a message deep enough to feed, but simple enough to understand.
His first landmark publication, Kept By The Power, transcended global barriers and was accepted as curriculum of two major Christian Universities.
The upcoming publication, Turning Rocks Into Diamonds: A Guide to Leading Leaders In The New Millennium, is the first companion piece of the Bishop. He co-authored this work with Spiritual Daughter, Cynthia Thompson, Co-Pastor of To Tell the Truth Ministries of Lexington Park, MD.
Bishop Allen B. Coleman is a true “Leader of Leaders” and is a dedicated Spiritual Father to many devoted sons and daughters.
